Craig C. Pickelman
Owner / Licensed Funeral Director
Craig earned his degree in Mortuary Science from Worsham College, graduating in 1990 and was licensed with the State of Michigan in the same year. He practiced in both Auburn and Bay City before coming to Midland in 1997 to work for Wilson Miller Funeral Home. Craig purchased the funeral home in 2016 and is proud to continue the same level of care started back in 1908. In addition to being a funeral director, Craig assists those wanting to prearrange their services and is an Insurance Agent with National Guardian Life. He is a retired member of the Auburn/Williams Fire Department and attends church at St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Auburn.

Tyler Little
Licensed Funeral Director
Tyler began working for Wilson Miller Funeral Home in Fall of 2014 as a funeral assistant. In 2022, he graduated with honors from Worsham College and was licensed with the State of Michigan in the same year. Tyler is excited to provide the same level of care as our families expect while also being innovative and bringing more modern solutions to the profession. In addition to being a funeral director, Tyler assists those wanting to prearrange their services and is an Insurance Agent with National Guardian Life. He attends church at St. Brigid of Kildare Catholic Church and enjoys reading, aquariums, and going up north.

Shari Sweebe
Office Manager / Funeral Assistant
Shari began working at Wilson Miller Funeral Home in the summer of 2023. She serves an important role in our firm not only as office manager, but in helping our families feel welcome and loved throughout their time at the funeral home. Her favorite hobbies include singing and going on trips with her husband, Dave, who serves as our handyman.

Nathan has worked for Wilson Miller Funeral Home since 2000 while also working at Midland and Bay City Public Schools for over 29 years. He is often seen first by our families when he responds to take their deceased loved one into our care. Over the years, Nathan has developed a sense for what the grieving need and this helps tremendously when he is assisting the funeral directors during services.

Barry Thurston
Funeral Assistant
Barry joined the Wilson Miller Funeral Home in 2016. He is a Midland native and former Assistant Fire Chief for Homer Township. Barry is also very active with the Midland Shrine Club, Centre Lodge No. 273 Free and Accepted Masons of Midland.

Savanah Goulet
Trainee
Savanah joined Wilson Miller Funeral Home in the fall of 2024 as a student. Since then she has graduated from Wayne State University with a degree in Mortuary Science and is currently waiting to take her national board exams. She can often be seen assisting families during arrangements and helping the funeral directors with services.
