Scott F. Stemler

Scott F. Stemler, age 60 of Midland, passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2023. He was born in Saginaw on June 17, 1963 to Kim and Susan (Werth) Stemler. Scott had a brilliant mind and showcased his creativity through his career in mechanical engineering and painting paisley designs in his free time. He had a love for all things music, including playing the congas and showing off his array of vinyl records of all genres. He could often be found in the kitchen cooking or baking, or collecting antiques with his significant other. Scott had a knack for making others laugh and enjoyed spending time with his children, living as a kid at heart.

Surviving are his children, Paige (Anthony) Lugo, Brooke Stemler, Charles (Katrina) Stemler, and Tyler Stemler; grandchildren, Alysa and Landyn Lugo; parents, Kim and Susan Stemler; significant other, Amy Hartley; siblings, Jeffrey (Sandi) Stemler and Drew Stemler; nephew, Grant (Naomi) Stemler; and niece, Morgan (Brent) McAuliffe.

There will be a celebration of Scott's life held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday from 10 am until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be offered to an organization of one's choice.
