Virginia E. Ullery

Virginia Eileen Ullery, age 94 of Midland, left this earth on Tuesday June 12, 2018 at MidMichigan Medical Center, Midland. The daughter of the late Noah and Clarinda Esther (Smith) Skinner was born in Greendale Township on September 27, 1923. Virginia was best known for her love of family and gardening, independence, colorful conversations, and the invasive perennials she contributed to every family member's flowerbeds. She will never be forgotten.

Surviving are her children, Sandra (Donald) Lorenz, Diana (Ronald) Breedlove. Rick (Cindy) Ullery; 11 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; 9 great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Virginia was preceded in death by her daughter and son in law, Linda and Frank Horning; 6 sisters and 5 brothers. Fly high Virginia. You will be greatly missed.

Funeral service for Virginia will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday June 19, 2018 from Wilson MILLER Funeral Home, 4210 N. Saginaw Rd. Midland, with Rev. Michael Sawicki of Aldersgate United Methodist Church officiating. Private interment will be in Kelly Cemetery. Family will receive guests at the funeral home on Monday from 5 to 8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Memorials may be offered to the wishes of the family.
