Violet M. Arold, age 52 of Midland died Tuesday September 18, 2012 at her residence. The daughter of the late Joseph R. and Thelma (Baker) Smith was born in Midland on March 14, 1960 where she was raised and graduated from Dow High School. Violet enjoyed cooking, sewing and going to Safe Haven.
Surviving are her sons, Gordon & Nicolas Arold of Midland; brothers, Richard (Shelia) Smith, Marvin Smith all of Leesburg, Indiana; sisters, Lena Perry of Midland, Mary (Ed) Kinney of Evert; many nieces and nephews; special friends, Steve Balcirak, Jeff & Marcy Smith.
Per Violets wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at later date. Memorials maybe offered to the family.
