Victor L. Johnson

Victor L. Johnson, age 92 of Midland, passed away April 27, 2018 at Brittany Manor. The son of the late Emil and Gladys (McPhail) Johnson was born August 18, 1925 in Bay City. Victor worked with the UA Local 85 Plumbers and Steamfitters for many years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and was a lifelong member of the National Rifle Association.

Surviving is his wife of 66 years, the former Onalee B. Bentley of whom he married April 5, 1952 in Midland; children, Victoria (James) Robinette of Russellville, AL., Lynette Kudwa of Swartz Creek, MI., and Jared Johnson of Midland, MI.; five grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mr. Johnson will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 from the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 12:00 noon until the time of service. Private burial will be in Midland City Cemetery.
