Vicki Anne Moe was a Sanford girl in all reality, although she had lived most recently in Beaverton. Vicki left this earthly life and family on January 3, following a long struggle with Alzheimer’s disease, crossing to the wonders, beauty, and glory of the eternity promised and provided by our Lord Jesus. Her loving husband, Tim Moe, was at her side.
Vicki was born on May 31, 1950, the oldest of the four children of Thomas and Gayle Smith. Vicki’s parents preceded her in death, as did her brother David and her in-laws Earl and Alma Moe. She is survived by her husband, Tim; daughters Alisa Inman (Dan), and Sarah Davidson (Tiff); grandchildren Kylie and Kane Inman; and brothers Chris (Tiffany), Scott (Shannon), and sister-in-law Jackie Smith; with many nieces and nephews; and three great nieces and one great nephew.
Vicki took great care of her family and was an awesome cook with a knack for finding hacks for household upgrades and could sew most anything, all a continuation of being the Betty Crocker Homemaker of Tomorrow Award winner in high school. She was a voracious reader who loved romance and mystery novels.
No service is planned at this time, but a celebration of life may be held later this year. Memorial donations honoring Vicki may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or Our Daily Bread Ministries.
Heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Meridian Acres Assisted Living and Memory Care for their dedication and love, as well as the love and care provided by the Valley Hospice Staff.
Arrangements are being managed by Wilson MILLER Funeral Home.
