Terry Robert Coin, 70, passed away at home on Saturday, December 2nd, 2023. Terry was born and raised in Sanford, MI by Robert and Blanche (Carter) Coin. He graduated from Meridian High School in 1972. Terry met the love of his life, Donna, shortly after, while working as a mason tender. They were married in 1975 and were in love for the next 48 years, and raised 3 children, and 7 grandchildren.

Terry spent most of his life as a truck driver. After retiring, he and Donna cared for their grandchildren. He enjoyed being involved with his grandchildren, teaching leatherworking to his grandsons' Boy Scout Troup and attending his granddaughters' recitals. In the last year he attended his first Comicon and began teaching his daughter Melissa and granddaughter Eva leatherworking to help her with costume design. Terry was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Terry is preceded in death by his wife Donna, his son Shawn, father Robert and mother Blanche. He is survived by his daughters Melissa Marie Young and Krystle Leigh Coin, and his grandchildren; Eva Germaine Young, Zoey Stella, Sophie Kay, Ryley Shawn Matthew, Nicholas Leon Terry, Rauri Keirnan Rutledge, and Amelia Waverly Read, his sisters Sharon Holsworth and Judy How, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be provided by Wilson MILLER Funeral Home with visitation on Friday, December 8th, 2023 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. The funeral will be Saturday, December 9th, 2023 at 11am at the funeral home with visitation an hour prior. Family will be present at all services.
