Teresa A. Adams

Teresa A. Adams, age 59 of Midland, passed away Friday, May 11, 2018 at her residence. The daughter of Jerry M. Pennington and Jeanette (Williams) Warnick was born June 10, 1958 in Newbern, North Carolina. She was employed with Dow Chemical Company for many years. Teresa was a member of the Meridian Church of God and enjoyed reading, movies, going to church, and most of all her grandchildren.

Surviving is her husband of 43 years, Stanford "John" Adams of whom she married on April 12, 1975 in Phoenix, Az; her children John D. (Sara) Adams and Melissa D. Hale.; grandchildren, Chelsie, Katelyn, Jayden, and Nicholas Adams, Isaac Hale, Jadyn and Talon Cole; mother, Jeanette (Robert) Warnick; brothers, Gary R. Pennington, Timothy J. (Cyndi) Pennington; sister Faith D. (Jim) Sutten; step brother, George W. Warnick; and many nieces and nephews.

Teresa was preceded in death by her father, Jerry M. Pennington; her father and mother in law, Stan and Marjorie Adams.

Per Teresa's wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, May 21st, 2018 from the Meridian Church of God. Those wishing to send flowers for the service are asked to send them directly to the church at 2130 N. Meridian Rd. Sanford, MI 48657.
