Sharon Kay (Butters) Miller, age 70 of Midland, passed away Monday November 15, 2021 at MidMichigan Medical Center, Midland. The daughter of the late Joseph and Dorene (Donahue) Butters was born in Midland on July 28, 1951 where she was raised and educated. Sharon was also very close with her maternal grandmother the late Myrtle Rutledge. She had been employed as housekeeper with MidMichigan Medical Center retiring after 16 years of service. Kay was very involved with Relay for Life, helping with many other charities and benefits events. She spent her retirement life going on cruises, and vacations with her family. Family was very important to her and she help start the Donahue family reunion to bring everyone together. Benefits and happiness to others was Kay's passion.
Surviving are her children, Tony Miller, Kirk (Trista) Miller, Robbie (Tracy) Miller, Kondra (Jay) Roniszewski, 14 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; siblings, Roberta (James) Dumas, Mary McInnis, Dorene Bergeron; special other family members, Kathy Bishop, Robin Inman and Diane Hoover. In addition to her parents, Kay was preceded in death by siblings, Billie LaLonde, Joseph Butters and Robert Inman.
Funeral services for Kay will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday November 20, 2021 at Wilson MILLER Funeral Home. Family will receive guests on Friday from 4 until 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be offered to Relay for Life.
