Sally Ann (Roznowski) Fuhrman, age 84, passed away peacefully November 19, 2023 surrounded by her loving family.  She was born the youngest of 14 children to the late Stanley and Agnes (Kierzek) Roznowski in Posen, MI.

Sally married the love of her life, Arnold Fuhrman, August 9, 1958.  He preceded her in death on September 24, 2023. Their 65 year marriage was an example of great love and self-sacrifice.  The result of their love was seven children, which led to many beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren.  They were so proud of their legacy of love.  The birth of each new grandchild brought them so much joy. The loss of our dad was more than mom could bear.  She loved and missed him so much she couldn't wait to reunite with him in heaven.

Mom was an excellent cook and worked at a variety of restaurants over the years.  She retired from Tony's Texan in 1994.  After dad retired they began their second career driving truck across the country.  Dad loved to drive and they enjoyed their adventures together.

Surviving are her children, Richard (Tracy) Fuhrman, Jeff (Gayle) Fuhrman, Agnes Booth, Angie (Lane) Sherman, Sallie (Stean) Crawford, Rose (Paul) Lynch, Valorie (Greg) Lorenz and "adopted son" John Strait; 20 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren with 2 new great granddaughters due in the spring;  sisters Ann Haske and Betty Dembny; along with many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Sally was preceded in death by 5 sisters and 6 brothers; son in law, Bill Booth; grandson in law, Bruce Stacy; step grandson, Michael McRoberts; and many brothers and sisters in law.

Our family would like to thank the staff at Stratford Pines for their wonderful care of mom these last two months, especially nurse Jackie.

The Funeral Liturgy for Sally will be celebrated at 11:00am on Wednesday, November 29. 2023, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Sanford, MI.  Fr. Dan Fox, OFM Cap will officiate with burial to be in Midland Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4:00 – 8:00pm at The Wilson MILLER Funeral Home and again on Wednesday at the church from 10:00am until the time of Mass.  There will be a Rosary Service held at 7:00pm at the Funeral Home Tuesday evening.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be offered to Residential Hospice.  Personal messages of condolence may be offered to the family at www.wilson-miller.com.
