Ronald F. Lukowski, age 74 of Midland, passed away Monday, July 11th, 2016 at his residence. The son of the late Leo and Marguerite (Moore) Lukowski was born on September 16th, 1941 in Bay City, MI. On March, 15th, 1969, he married the former Roberta Battice in Cynthiana, KY. She preceded him in death on July, 28th, 2015. Ronald served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was employed by the Resistance Welder Corporation as an electrician, retiring in 1997. Ronald enjoyed fishing, hunting, the outdoors, and playing cards.
Surviving are his children; Terri Lukowski of Midland, Jason (Jamie) Lukowski of Midland; grandchildren Logan, Paige, Madison, Brady, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents and his wife, Ronald was predeceased by his brother, Kenneth Lukowski.
The funeral service for Mr. Lukowski will take place 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 15th, 2016 from the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Midland Memorial Gardens Cemetery with military honors provided by the United States Army and the Midland Area Veterans. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Memorials in Ronald's name may be offered to the wishes of the family.
