Robert "Bob" A. Mielke

Robert "Bob" A. Mielke, loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, passed away on Friday, June 6, 2025 at the age of 69. He was born in Freeland on July 27, 1955 to the late Janice Brewer.

Bob enjoyed spending time outdoors with his favorite hobbies including hunting, fishing, and camping. He had a special eye for detail which helped him excel at being a craftsman and woodworker. Family and friends meant a great deal to Bob and he often enjoyed playing cards or cornhole with them. Bob had many close friends that he called family.

Nothing brought greater joy to Bob's life than his family. He married his wife, Donna Mielke, on August 10, 1991 and they have shared 33 years together. Bob was a loving dad to his children, Bunny (John) Fisher, Stacey (Jason) Sherbert, JD (Rebecca) Mielke, Alesha Mielke (Jason Staley), and Coy (Sara) Mielke. He was the best grandpa to Jonathon Fisher, Kaitlyn Brown, Dawson Fisher, Aidan Fisher, Kenley Mielke, Grayson Mielke, Lucyann Staley, Harper Sherbert, Liam Mielke, and Hunter Mielke.

Also surviving Bob are his brothers, Jeffrey Pribbernow and Mark Pribbernow; and sister, Bonnie Williams, along with many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mom, Janice Brewer; and brothers, Wayne Pribbernow, Herman Pribbernow, Jr. and Scott Pribbernow.

Services to celebrate Bob's life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions in his name may be offered to the Mielke family. Arrangements are under the care of Wilson Miller Funeral Home.
