Richard H. Works, a proud veteran of the Navy, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2023. The son of Richard Leon Works and Ethel Chatham Works was born and raised in Monroe, Louisiana. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Cynthia (Cindy) Lynn Works.
Richard H. Works is survived by his significant other, Sandra Smith; son, Richard Sean Works; multiple step children, grandchildren, step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, and pets.
Besides spending time with his family and friends, Rich had a passion for traveling, hunting, fishing, playing Yahtzee, and golfing.
A service honoring the life of Richard H. Works will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, February 24, 2023 at the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Friday from 1:00 pm until the time of service at 2:00 pm.
