Raymond Edward Jordan

Raymond Edward Jordan, 78 of Harrison, went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 27, 2021. He was born June 2, 1943 in Wise County, VA to the late Theodore and Mable Jordan. Raymond married Margaret (McMurray) Jordan in April of 1965 and this union was blessed with six children.

Raymond is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Margaret; his children, Raymond Jordan, John (Sara) Jordan, Marguerite (Duncan) Howard, Peggy (Tom) Stone. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Timothy (Elise), Lacee (Mike), Mark, Ashley (Keith), Austin (Alainna), Cassie, Bronson, Triston, Ethan (Breyona), Jordan (Brandon), Amber (Jed), Amanda (Demi), Caitlin; and great grandchildren, Brayson, Keylin, Levi, Lakelynn, Annabelle, and Baylee; and nine siblings.

In addition to his parents, Raymond was preceded in death by his children, Joseph and Mable Jordan; his grandchild, Marc; and eight siblings.

Raymond worked as a Glazier until retiring in 2003. He enjoyed playing golf and was a member at his local golf course. Raymond also enjoyed bowling and horse shoes, but most of all, he cherished his time with his family.

Services to celebrated Raymond's life will be scheduled in the spring of 2022. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Wilson MILLER Funeral Home in Midland. Personal messages of condolence maybe offered to the family at www.wilson-miller.com.
