Phyllis A. Brown, age 83 of Midland, passed away Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Stratford Pines. The daughter of the late Roy and Flossie (Phelps) Thayer was born June 3, 1935 in Isabella County. Services for Phyllis will take place at 11:00 am on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 in the chapel at Midland Memorial Gardens cemetery. Pastor Sam Hamilton of Emmanuel Baptist Church will officiate.
