Phyliss A. Brown

Phyliss A. Brown, age 75 of Midland, passed away Sunday, September 10, 2017 at the MidMichigan Medical Center of Midland. The daughter of the late Russell and Alta (Tigner) Zimmerman was born November 1, 1941 in Farwell. In 1957 she married Edward J. Wallace. Phyliss then married James Brown in 1970. He preceded her in death in 2007. She was a member of the Pentecostal Church and attended when she was able. Phyliss enjoyed time with her grandchildren, cooking, bingo, and dancing.

Mrs. Brown is survived by her children, Brenda Newberry of Hudson FL, Edward Wallace of Midland, Robert (Ginger) Wallace of Lansing, James Wallace of Midland, and Tammy Brown of Midland; 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; sisters, Pauline (Gerry) Bradshaw, Shirley Gillette and Barbara Dohm.
