Philip A. Roenne

Philip A. Roenne, age 59 of Sanford died at his residence on Wednesday July 9, 2014. The son of the late Philip A. and Mary (Baac) Roenne was born in Florida on March 1. 1955 to a military family and traveled worldwide in his youth. Philip served with the US Army for 11 ½ years where he worked in the R-CAT program and had served during the Vietnam Conflict. On September 5, 1980 he married the former Brenda Dobbins in Colorado Springs, CO. They had lived in Colorado, Las Vegas and California moving to Sanford in 2008. He enjoyed working with radio controlled airplanes as a hobby.

Philip is survived by his wife Brenda Roenne, brother Michael Roenne of Lanexa, VA, sister Kathy Cuyler of Sanford, daughters Tammy Johnson, Pamela Paterson, Teresa Austin and son David Austin.

Arrangements are by the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home where services will be held at a later date.
