Peggy J. (Sheets) Dice

Peggy Joyce Dice, age 81 of Sanford, passed away Monday June 13, 2022 at her residence. The daughter of the late Henry J. and Lucille D. (Chamberlain) Sheets was born in Midland on October 26, 1940, where she was raised and educated. Peggy enjoyed gardening, painting, woodworking, doing jig saw puzzles, reading, crossword puzzles, camping and fishing. On February 2, 1965, Peggy married Frank Dice and after 34 years of marriage he passed away March 23, 1999.

Surviving are her sons, Wayne (Shelly) Dice, Darren Dice, Bryan (Anita) Dice; grandchildren, Holly Dice, Cynthia (Thomas) Bargeron, Richard (Ruby) Dice, Henry (Brandi) Fisher; great grandchildren, Brandon, Emma, Nathaniel, Taylor, Weston, Ashantaa, Izabella, Charleigh; sisters, Delores Cross, Maryann Andrick; many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Peggy was preceded in death by her brother, Frank Sheets; sister, Barbara Wheeler.

Funeral service for Peggy will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday June 17, 2022 from Wilson MILLER Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Midland Memorial Garden Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
