Paul T. Freeman

Paul T. Freeman, age 92 of Midland, died Sunday December 30, 2012 at Brittany Manor. The son of the late Charles and Fanni (Jacobson) Freeman was born in Puritan, Michigan on October 16, 1920. Paul served in the United States Air Force during World War II. He had been employed with The Dow Chemical Co. as a Chemical Engineer until his retirement in 1982. Paul was a member of First United Methodist Church, enjoyed fishing and watching sports on TV. On December 24, 1943 Paul married the former Helen E. Copp. After almost 68 years of marriage Helen died on February 7, 2011.

Surviving is his son, Dan (Jill) Freeman of Traverse City; daughter, Nancy Sanford of Sanford; 4 grandchildren; many great grandchildren. In addition to his parents and wife, Paul was preceded in death by son, Douglas Charles Freeman and brother, T. Martin Freeman.

Per the wishes of Paul, cremation has taken place and there will be no services. Memorials may be offered to Brittany Manor for the wonderful care that he received.
