Patrick Hernandez

Patrick Hernandez, age 76 of St. Louis, Michigan, died Friday evening March 15, 2013 at MidMichigan Medical Center. The son of the late Cruz and Fabiana (Romero) Hernandez was born in Johnson City, Texas on March 17, 1936. He was a big Detroit Tiger Fan, enjoyed woodworking, cooking, fishing, going shopping and playing bingo, watching western movies, and being with his family telling stories.

Surviving are his children, Patrick (Sherry) Hernandez of Midland, Cecilia (Aniano) Martinez of Mexico, Yolanda (Donald) Burke of Midland, Christine (Thomas) Columbus of Midland, Debra (Barry) Sullivan of Pontiac, Tamara (Todd) Herrington of Austin, Texas; 16 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; partner, Kelly Fowler; four legged friend, Elvis; brother in law, Jerry Ceja; sister in law, Olivia Hernandez; many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents Patrick was preceded in death by a son, Rudolph; former wife, Louise Hernandez; brothers, Ray and Louis Hernandez; sister, Lupe Ceja; sister in law, Mona Hernandez.

Funeral services will take place 1:00 p.m. Tuesday March 19, 2013 from Wilson MILLER Funeral Home. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 5 to 8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Memorials maybe offered to organization of ones choice.
