Norma G. Wansitler

Norma G. Wansitler, age 78 of Midland died Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at Stratford Village. The daughter of the late Elias M. and Anna M. (Cupp) Wonsitler was born in Midland on December 14, 1931 where she was raised and educated. Norma enjoyed knitting, baking for her friends and family and painting porcelain figures. She had a great love for animals and had been known to take care of several neighborhood pets. Norma also took great pleasure in spending her spare time searching and documenting her family genealogy.

Surviving is her brother Charles (Emma) Wansitler, sister Donna Vansteinburg, several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. In additional to her parents Norma was preceded in death by her brother Glen Wansitler and brother-in-law Douglas Vansteinburg.

Funeral and committal services will be conducted at 1:00 PM Friday, February 12, 2010 from the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home with the Reverend Shawn Williams officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until time of service. Interment will be in Midland Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Memorials may be offered to the Midland Salvation Army.
