Nancy L. Cetas

Nancy L. Cetas, age 73 of Midland, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Olson Manor. The daughter of the late Elwood and Berniece (Meeker) Wyatt was born July 6, 1948 in Bay City. She earned her Bachelors in Child Development and worked as a child care provider. Her love of working with children also led her to work with AWANA for several years.

Nancy was a faithful member of Open Door Baptist Church. She was a part of the music ministry there and spent lots of time volunteering for her church which she loved so dearly. Family was most important to her and she will be greatly missed by all.

Surviving are her sons, Christopher (Jennifer) Cetas of Sanford, Matthew "Rob" Cetas of Midland; daughters, Michelle (Nathan) Cash of Arlington, TX, and Heidi (Justin) McKee of Ft. Worth, TX; grandchildren, Brendan and Carson Cetas, Connor and Keaton Cetas, Makaylyn (Michael) Cook, Amberlee Joy and Micah Cash, and Lily, Caleb, Lydia McKee; and sisters, Sandy, Caroline, and Trisha.

In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her brother, Alan.

Services to celebrate Nancy's life will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, September 10, 2021 at Open Door Baptist Church with Pastor Jody Ellis officiating. Private inurnment will take place in Midland City Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday at the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home from 4 – 8 pm and again on Friday at the church from 10 am until the time of service.
