Maxine Mae Provost, age 49 of Midland, passed away on Thursday September 12, 2024 at MyMichigan Medical Center, Midland. Maxine was born in Midland on August 10, 1975. She enjoyed being with her family specially her grandchildren.
Surviving is her daughter, Chelesa (Jacob) Jewell; mother, Sandra Smith; father, Medar Provost; sibling, Bud Provost and his girlfriend Mandy, Tabitha Provost, Katherine (Davin) Schweim; grandchildren, Bentley, Macy.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
