Mary Ann Mccaul

Mary Ann McCaul, age 62 of Midland died on Thursday November 17, 2016 at Country Square Foster Care Home in Beaver Township. The daughter of the late Robert and Carol (Gartrell) Benedict was born on April 24, 1954 in Howell, MI. Mary was raised and educated in Farmington and graduated from Farmington High School in 1972 before moving to Midland. On July 10, 1999 she married Scott McCaul in Midland. Mary attended and worked at Delta College prior to her employment with Dow Corning, retiring in 2009 as an Executive Administrative Assistant. She also enjoyed a career in real estate, working for Coldwell Banker for many years. Mary was a member of the Midland Christian Church and enjoyed craft work in her spare time.

She is survived by her husband Scott McCaul; her son Steven Pajot of Auburn; daughters Renee (Shawn) Brandt of Auburn and Elyse McCaul of Midland; grandchildren Savannah Brandt, Tristen and Carter McCaul; brother Paul (Leslie) Benedict of Heartland, MI; sisters Nancy (Thomas) Holka of Harbor Springs, MI and Carolyn Roth of Naples, Florida. Family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff at Nottingham Place, Cindy Robbins and Vickie Higgins from Country Square Adult Foster Care Home and Nurse Jackie Mapes from MidMichigan Hospice.

Per the wishes of Mary Ann cremation has taken place and there will be a celebration of her life on Saturday November 26, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor JR Lightstein of Midland Christian Church officiating. Family will receive friends at the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home 4210 N. Saginaw Rd Midland on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
