Marijo (Kilbride) Brown, Age 72 of Sanford died at Saginaw Covenant-Cooper on Wednesday, May 6, 2009. The daughter of the late Joseph and Holly (Keener) Kilbride was born on January 28, 1937 in Midland where she was raised and educated. She married Wayne E. Cuyler Sr. in 1955. She later married Wayne E. Brown in Saginaw on November 1, 1975. After her marriage to Wayne she returned to school and earned her GED and then her LPN from Delta College, graduating on the Dean's list. She worked in the ERs at St. Luke's Hospital and St. Mary's Hospital. For ten years prior to her retirement she worked at the Sun Valley Nursing Home. Marijo enjoyed playing bingo, gardening, flowers and her beloved pets.Marijo is survived by her husband, Wayne E. Brown of Sanford; children, Wayne E. (Kathleen) Cuyler, Jr. of Sanford, Timothy M. (Diane) Cuyler of Sanford, Wayne E. Brown of Akron, Richard C. Brown of Cass City, Patti Jo Pickelmann of Sanford, Diane Renee (David) Thornsbury, Yvonne Marie (Dan) Simons of Seeley Lake, MT and Julie Ann (Kent) Childs of Millington; sisters, JoAnne M. Tarras of Linwood and Judy Stanley of Muncie, IN; nineteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. The FUNERAL LITURGY will be celebrated at 2:00 pm Sunday, May 10, 2009 from St. Agnes Catholic Church of Sanford with the Rev. Father James A. Hast OFM-Cap. as celebrant.The Rite of Committal will follow in Sanford Cemetery.VISITATION will be at the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home on Saturday from 4-8 pm and at the church on Sunday from 1:00 pm until the Mass.MEMORIALS may be offered to S.O.S. Animal Rescue or Midland County Humane Society
