Marcia J. (Tatroe) Mclane

Marcia J. (Tatroe) McLane, age 66 of Sanford, passed away Sunday morning October 14, 2018 at Woodland Hospice House in Mt. Pleasant. The daughter of the late Walter E. and Rosella (McCaw) Tatroe was born in Saginaw on September 29, 1952. She had been employed at MidMichigan Medical Center for over 32 years until her retirement due to her health. Marcia enjoyed camping, especially at Wilderness State Park since she was a young girl, working in her flower garden, watching hummingbirds and being with her family.

Surviving is her husband William McLane of whom she married on September 15, 2001; sons, Steven (Becky) Peters, Randy (Nicole) Peters; daughter, Danielle (Anthony) McNett; step son, Bradley (Faith) McLane; step daughters, Tonya (Jimmy) Childs, Theresa (Dan) Teer; grandchildren, Nick (Ambyr), Trent, Mason, Makayla Peters, Brayleigh Camdyn McNett; step grandchildren, Grant & Gracie McLane, Kylie Herkel, Connor Childs, Reece & Ryder Teer; brothers, Dennis (companion Julie) Tatroe, Steven (Lisa) Tatroe; sisters, Brenda (Ed) Marks, Michelle (Terry) LaVigne; her faithful companion Izzy; many nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, Marcia was preceded in death by her brother, Michael.

Funeral services for Marcia will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday October 17, 2018 from the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home. Family will receive guests at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service. Memorials may be offered to the wishes of the family.
