August 30, 1940 — March 10, 2012

Lynn E. (Brink) Warren, age 71 of Midland, died on Saturday March 10, 2012 at her residence after a long battle with cancer. The daughter of the late David and Beatrice (West) Brink was born in Mills Township on August 30, 1940 where she was raised and educated graduating from Midland High School in 1959. Lynn loved to travel and go to the casino. She and her husband George enjoyed spending time at there cabin in Newberry on East Lake. Lynn also enjoyed dressing up for Halloween as a witch, cooking and share meals and taking care of people. She loved her dogs, Snapper, Beaver, Cinnamon, Baby and Yogi.

Surviving is her husband of 52 years George Warren whom she married on November 28, 1959; daughter, Georgia (Eric) Rubright of Gladstone; son, George "Michael" Warren of Midland; grandsons, Marcus & George E. Rubright of whom she was very proud of and enjoyed spending time with; granddaughter, Chelsea Lee Sargent; brothers, Cordy (Maxine) Brink, Lee Brink; sisters in law, Arlene Thurston and friend Dick Dunham, Celia Mida, Eva Moore, Anna Warren; brother in law, Michael (Debbie) Warren; many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Lynn was preceded in death by sisters, Audrey Fitzgibbon and Rhea Bowland.

Funeral services will take place 11:00 a.m. Wednesday March 14, 2012 at Wilson MILLER Funeral Home. Rev. Sam VanHorn will officiate. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
