Lucinda Ann Barrett

Lucinda Ann Barrett age 69 of Jasper, Tennessee, formerly of Sanford went home to be with her Lord and Savior on February 10, 2016 after a brief illness.

Lucinda was born in Midland on December 16, 1946 to the late Ronald and Helen (Geiling) Schofield and graduated from Meridian High School in 1964. On November 16, 1984 she married the love of her life, Robert Barrett in Midland, he survives her.

In addition to her husband, Robert she leaves behind her children Susan (Justin Droomer) Johndro of Midland, Douglas Johndro of Jasper, Tennessee, Jason (Jessica) Barrett of Jasper, Tennessee; stepson Jeff (Sherry) Lacey of Stevenson, Alabama; grandchildren Vanessa and Bradley Maxson, Zoe Bartlett, Rachel Payne, Landon Thurston, Arabella, Marissa, Cody, Dylan, Emily Barrett, Krislyn Thrift, Micah, Peyton, Austin and Kaleb Lacey; great grandson Brayson Murray; great granddaughter Mariana Eakin; sister LuAnna (Chuck) Finney of Coleman, Deniece (Bud) Scott of Sanford; four sisters in law; two brothers in law; many nieces and nephews; and a very special and dear cousin Rebecca (Rick) Card.
In addition to her parents, Lucinda is preceded in death by her brother Ronald Schofield; niece Marnie Schofield; and sister in law Kazel Raulston.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, February 19, 2016 from the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home with Pastor David Anderson of Midland Nazarene Church officiating. Private burial will immediately follow in Midland Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00 am until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be offered to the family.
