Lonnie Bruce Grobson

Lonnie B. Grobson age 52 of Midland died at the MidMichigan Medical Center on Tuesday April 22, 2014. Lonnie was born in Grand Rapids, MI on April 28, 1961 and attended Bay City Western Schools graduating from Midland H. H. Dow High School in 1980. On September 23, 1992 he married the former Betty N. Murphy in Magnolia, TX moving back to Midland in 1992. Lonnie always had an inquisitive mind and held a Utility Patent on a hull design for watercraft. He had owned and operated Jet Wash, a pressure washing service. Lonnie enjoyed out door activities swimming, ice skating, skate boarding and really loved fast moving sports like snowmobiling, motorcycling and ATV's. Lonnie also wrote novels and had the "Chrome" published on line. Lonnie was always thinking and was a very caring person

Lonnie is survived by his wife, Betty Grobson; son, Jacob; brothers, Rex Phillips, Tony Phillips; and his adoptive mother, Shirley Grobson.
