Linda J. Gould

Linda J. Gould, age 74 of Midland, passed away Sunday, May 7, 2023 at MyMichigan Health in Midland. She was born in Midland on September 1, 1948 to the late William and Evelyn (McDonald) Craig. She was raised and educated in Midland, graduating from Midland High School in 1965. Linda worked as cafeteria worker within Dow Chemical, as a banquet waitress at the Holiday Inn, and most recently with Pardee Cancer Center.

Linda loved her community and was the thread that kept so many together. She was a longtime member of Assumption BVM Catholic Church and was steadfast in her faith, often praying for those she loved. Linda will always be remembered for her contagious laugh and her wonderful sense of humor.

Linda has two children whom she loved dearly, Troy (Jerilyn) Gould of Midland and Trevor (Heather) Gould of Midland. Her grandkids, Michael, Brady, Braden, Lillie, Ethan, Eli and great grandchildren, Karson, Koltyn, and Adeline were the light of her life. She tried her best to be at all of their activities and was known as "Grandma Linda" to their friends. She was a wonderful sister to Tim (Susan) Craig of Midland and aunt to Trevor (Sarah), Kirstin (Matthew), Quintin (Kari), and Kandace (Justin).

The funeral liturgy will be held at 11 am on Friday, May 12, 2023 at Assumption BVM Catholic Church in Midland. Fr. Adam Maher will be celebrant with the rite of committal to follow in Midland City Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home on Thursday from 4 – 7 pm and at the church on Friday from 10 am until the time of mass. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be offered to Pardee Cancer Treatment Fund. Personal messages of condolence may be offered to the family at www.wilson-miller.com.
