Kristie D. Hendrick

Kristie D. Hendrick, age 46 of Midland, died Saturday January 25, 2014 at MidMichigan Medical Center. The daughter of Sandra J. (Francis) and the late Dennis H. Gay, was born in Midland on August 8, 1967, graduated from Meridian High School in 1985 and went on to received an Associates Degree in Nursing from Davenport University in 2007. Kristie was employed with King's Daughters in Midland and had also worked as a nurse at MidMichigan Medical Center. She enjoyed going to car shows with her husband and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.

Surviving is her husband of 12 years Richard G. Hendrick of whom she married on August 17, 2001; sons, Shaun (Ronda) Streeter, Eric Streeter all of Midland; daughters, Rebecca Streeter and Elizabeth Hendrick both of Midland; grandchildren; Skyler, Katie and Ivan; mother, Sandra Gay of Sanford; brother, Scott (Kym) Gay and daughter, Jessika of Bon Aqua, Tennessee; sisters, Tammy (Bob) Marks and sons, Rob & Bryan of Sanford, Gina Russell and sons, Brandon & Matt of Sanford; her dogs Hank & Joey. In addition to her father Kristie was preceded in death by a sister, Rebecca Gay.

Funeral services for Kristie will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Wednesday January 29, 2014 from the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home 4210 N. Saginaw Rd Midland. Rev. Anthony N. Cutting of Sanford United Methodist Church will officiate. Interment will follow in Jerome Township Cemetery Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
