Kathleen Anne Wilford

Kathleen Anne Wilford, age 49 of Midland died unexpectedly at her residence on Thursday, April 7, 2011. The daughter of Lee W. and Shirley (Schlafley) Wilford was born on September 12, 1961 in Mt. Clemens. She had resided in Midland for the past 43 years graduating from Midland High School and later from Central Michigan University. Kathy was a very hardworking and devoted employee of the Dow Chemical Co. working with Information Services for the past 29 years. Kathy enjoyed writing and art work. She will be greatly missed, but not forgotten, by her family and friends.

Kathy is survived by her parents, Lee and Shirley Wilford of Gladwin and her brother Lee A. (Tracy) Wilford of Midland and their sons L. Austin and Travis W. Wilford.

Funeral service for Kathleen will be conducted at 11:00 am Tuesday, April 12, 2011 from Trinity Lutheran Church with the Reverend Gerald Ferguson officiating. Interment will be in Midland Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home on Monday from 4 to 8 pm and at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 am until time of service. Memorials are suggested for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or to the American Kidney Fund.
