Joshua T. Lamay

Joshua T. LaMay, age 23 of Midland, died Saturday April 25, 2009. The son of Gerald Hayes, Jr. (friend, Tammy Beebe), Billie Jo (LaMay) Hayes (fiance, John Stark) was born on January 26, 1986 in Clare, Michigan. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, going camping. Josh was a mentor to many kids, wrote many poems, and loved to draw.

Surviving are his parents Gerald Hayes and Billie Jo Hayes; brothers, Joseph, Brett Hayes, Tyler Stone all of Midland; step sister, Crystal Stark of Midland; grandparents, Gerald Hayes, Sr. of Beaverton, Judith (Charles) Fishtorn of Midland, Sonja (Gerald) Taylor of Sanford; many aunts and uncles. Josh was preceded in death by his grandfather, Darwin Miller and aunt, Bridget LaMay.

Funeral and committal services will take place 2:00 p.m. Wednesday April 29, 2009 at Wilson MILLER Funeral Home. Interment will be in Lee Township Cemetery. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday from 2 to 8 pm and on Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.
