Jeremy Ray Hayes, age 48 of Beaverton, passed away Thursday June 8, 2023 at his residence surrounded by his Family. He was born in Midland on January 13, 1975. Jeremy enjoyed spending time with family, friends, cooking and being the neighborhood DoorDash. He loved music and playing his guitar all of his life, riding motorcycles or anything with a motor on it. Jeremy also enjoyed fishing, camping many sports, going to the casino or just being outdoors.

Surviving is his mother, Robin (William) Carman; girlfriend and significant other, Amanda Falk and her children, Kolton & Destiny; sibling, Cathy (Jason) Kinkle, Candi (Josh) Hyer, Lloyd (Carman) Toner; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Jeremy was preceded in death by his father, David R. Hayes; brothers, David, James, Robert Lee Hayes; niece, Kristen Kay; nephew, Daniel Carman Eager.

Funeral services for Jeremy will be conducted at 2:00 pm Monday June 12, 2023 from Wilson MILLER Funeral Home. Interment will be in Lee Township Cemetery. Family will receive guests at the funeral home on Monday from 1 until the time of service.
