Jeffrey L. Maidens

Jeffrey L. Maidens, age 71 of Grand Rapids and formerly of Midland, passed away Monday, October 07, 2019 at the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans. The son of the late Lloyd W. and Sarah M. (Church) Maidens was born September 28, 1948 in Midland where he was raised and educated. Jeffrey honorably served his country with the United States Army during the Vietnam War.

He is survived by his daughters, Jamie (Robert) Carpenter of Florissant, MO, Stephanie (Phillip) Pallas of Alanson, MI; grandchildren, Seth, Acacia, and Meagan Pallas; brothers, Douglas (Dorothy) Skutt of Virginia Beach, Va, Randy (Patricia) Maidens of Temple City, CA; sister in-law, Kathy Maidens of Midland, and extended family members Brenda (Jim) Sohasky and Bill (Lindsey) McMahon. In addition to his parents, Jeffrey was preceded in death by his brother Alan W. Maidens.

Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life for Jeffrey will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, October 21, 2019 from the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home. Family will receive guests at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 am until the time of service. Military honors will take place at the funeral home after the service.
