Janet M. Willoughby

Janet M. Willoughby, age 55 of Midland, died on Sunday December 21, 2008 at her residence surround by her family after a short battle with cancer. The daughter of the late Casimer and Ruth (Bassett) Kosnik was born in Detroit on September 27, 1953. She graduated from Bullock Creek High School in 1971. Janet had been employed with Adecco working at the Dow Corning Cafeteria. She was a hard worker, loving and caring person and enjoyed spending time with her family. Janet also enjoyed fishing.

Surviving are her daughter, Krista (Bryce) VanBrunt of Midland; grandchildren, Michael Friday, Rodney Klingler, Brooke and Hunter, VanBrunt; step daughters, Melissa Posch, Rachel and Nicki Rios; step grandchild, Alex Posch; brother, Robert Kosnik and special friend, Ina Green both of Coleman; former husband, Roger Willoughby.

A celebration of Janet life will take place at 8:00 pm Tuesday December 23, 2008 from Wilson MILLER Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6 to 8 pm.
