Jane Marie Mcdonald

Jane M. McDonald, age 69 of Sanford, died Tuesday, May 07, 2013 at MidMichigan Stratford Village.

The daughter of the late Norman and Elizabeth (McKeith) Kline was born February 5, 1944 in Alma where she was raised and educated.
Jane worked as a secretary for the Dow Chemical Company for 22 years and had also worked for Meridian Public Schools for 6 years as a paraprofessional. She married Douglas R. McDonald on December 28, 1973 in Alma. Jane enjoyed doing crafts and crocheting, and loved to go camping.

She was a loving wife, mother, and doting grandmother, survived by her husband of nearly 40 years, Doug; sons, Jason (Mary Meynard) of Ionia and Brian (Helena) McDonald of Sanford; grandchildren, Connar, Maddox, Katie, Sandler and Darius; and brother, Dan (Katherine) Kline.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her daughter in law, Candace.

Funeral services for Jane will be conducted at 11:00 am, Friday, May 10, 2013 from the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home with Roger W. Stauffer, Chaplain officiating. Interment will follow in Sanford Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm and on Friday from 10:00 am until the time of service.
