Iva M. Terryah

Iva M. Terryah formerly of Midland, peacefully passed on February 11, 2015 at the age of 96 in Tomball, Texas. Iva was born on August 10, 1918 to the late Alexander "Sandy" and Clara (Thurston) Wendt. On November 23, 1940 she married Gregory Glenn Terryah who preceded her in death on December 3, 1993.

Iva is survived by her children, Cindy Billsen and husband Nick, Tim Terryah and wife Kathy, and Kathleen Green and husband Russ. Grandchildren Mindy Smith and fiancé George Enz, Mandy Smith, Dawn McLaughlin and husband Michael, Shawn Terryah and wife Emma, Melissa Terryah and fiancé John Moore, Jaclynn Shively and husband Zach, and great granddaughter Erin McLaughlin. Her brother-in-law Fred Sovia and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of her life service will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 2 p.m. at the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home 4210 N. Saginaw Rd with Pastor Paul Murphrey officiating. Interment will be in Midland City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. and on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.
