Helen Anastasia Varner, 83-years-old, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on May 22, 2024 after a valiant fight with cancer. Her "Strong Like a Bull" will to live, unwavering faith in God, and the love and prayers of family, friends, and many supporters carried her through months of treatments.

Helen was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church Legion of Mary. She loved to garden, pray, line dance, play games/cards – especially with her grandchildren. In her retirement years, Helen and Earl traveled to many states, spending many winters among the beautiful mountain views in Apache Junction, Arizona and southwest Florida.
