Helen Young Hall

Helen L. (Young) Hall age 69 of Beaverton, formerly of Midland died Saturday July 11, at MidMichigan Medical Center-Gladwin. The daughter of the late John R. and Helen (Tarr) Young Sr. was born on February 23, 1940 in Midland where she was raised and educated. Helen was a Certified Nurse Assistant and worked for Tender Care Nursing Home for over fourteen years. Helen was a member of the Gladwin American Legion Auxiliary #171, Sanford Eagles and the Harrison Moose #1804. She loved to live life to the fullest, laughing, dancing and especially loving her family, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Helen is survived by her son William (Agnes) Booth of Beaverton and her daughters: Norma (Daniel) Smith of Sanford and Ruby L. Jordan and friend Frank of Beaverton. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and her siblings: Joseph (Roslyn) Young of Sanford, Roy (June) Young of Bad Axe, Ralph Young of North Carolina, Bertha Filcek of Beaverton and Elizabeth Ellis of N. Carolina. She will be missed by special loved ones Margie, Ernie, Jamie and Libby Booth and special friends Patricia Aeschliman, Virginia Watson, Sue Thompson and very special friend Brian Garbulinski. Helen was predeceased by her brother John Young and two great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 15, 2009 from the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home with Pastor M. T. Murray, Pastor of the Abundant Life Baptist Church officiating. Interment will be in Midland Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 and from 10:00 AM until time of Service on Wednesday.
