Frances J. Haney

Frances J. Haney, age 89 of Coleman, died Tuesday June 25, 2013 at River Inn AFC in Coleman, The daughter of the late Alfred and Hazel (Liphard) Harrington was born in Grayling, Michigan on August 7, 1923. Fran enjoyed cooking, baking bread and being with her grandkids. On January 26, 1946 she married Tony Haney. He died on February 15, 1989.

Surviving are her children, Robert H.J. (Sue) Haney, Amanda C. Martin, Rose M. (Joe) Ross, Deleva R. (Harold) Durham, George E. (Becky) Haney, Roger J. Haney, Lisa J. (friend Dave Jones), Anna M. (Albert) Fike, Jr.; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; sister, Edna May Rausehenberger; special friend, Walter Feilert. In addition to parents Fran was preceded in death by 2 brothers and a sister.

Funeral services will take place 2:00 p.m. Thursday June 27, 2013 from The Church of Christ Restored in Sanford with her son in law, Albert Fike, Jr and Elders from the Church Paul and Don Terry officiating. Interment will follow in Jerome Township Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the church on Thursday from 12 noon until the time of service.
