Floyd E. Wetherell, Jr. age 48 of Midland died Friday, November 6, 2014 at the MidMichigan Medical Center. The son of Floyd E. Emerson Sr. and Joy E. (Brown) Crowl was born on December 8, 1965 in Lansing, MI. Floyd graduated from Hemlock High School in 1985. Floyd had worked briefly as a cook at Tony's Restaurant. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed casino trips.
Floyd is survived by his father Floyd E. Emerson Sr. and his wife Barbara; his mother Joy Crowl and her husband Dennis; daughter Holly Wetherell and her mother Veronica Shock; brothers Paul "Duke" Pfau of Bridgeport, Ohio, Pete Pfau and his significant other Heidi of Beaverton, Emerson Wetherell of Hemlock; sisters Tarry "Tara" Haner of Bay City, Trena (Brian) Yager of Midland, Bridget Wetherell of Hemlock, Amanda Crowl of Beaverton, Kellie (Keith) Burlingame of Rhodes and Nicola (Drago) Dumbovic; and dear freind Mary Lou.
Memorial services will be conducted at 4:00 PM Saturday, November 8, 2014 from the Abundant Life Apostolic church, 2187 N. Meridian Rd., Sanford, MI 48657 with Pastor Richard Fairfield officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until time of service at the church. Arrangements are by the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home where personal message of condolence may be left at www.wilson-miller.com .
