Etta R. Doty

Etta R. Doty, age 69 of Midland died Tuesday morning March 20, 2012 at MidMichigan Stratford Village. The daughter of the late Norman and Maxine (Williams) Wilson was born in Pontiac on February 9, 1943 moving to the Clare Gladwin area where she was raised and educated, graduating from Beaverton High School in 1961. On April 18, 1969 she married Merle Doty and he predeceased her on June 4, 2002.

Etta is survived by her grandson, Cory Doty; brother, Walter (Bonnell) Wilson; sister, Ula (Ernie) Grove; daughter in law, Patty Doty; step children, Jill Myers, Jack Doty; step grandchildren, Jennifer, Julie, Becky, Jeremy; several step great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, parents, son Mark Doty and brother Gus Wilson.

In accordance to her whishes cremation has taken place and a memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home
