Emmajean L. Dreyer

August 1, 1939 — December 29, 2018

Emmajean L. Dreyer, age 79 of Midland, passed away Saturday morning December 29, 2018 at her residence. The daughter of the late LeRoy C. and Margery L. (Heme) Williams was born in Garfield Township, Bay County on August 1, 1939. She was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church, enjoyed reading, doing puzzles, canning, working in her garden and going out to eat with her family. On February 20, 1965 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Pinconning, Emmajean married Lawrence Dreyer. After 37 years of marriage he died on April 16, 2002.


Surviving are her siblings, Shawn (Tammy) Williams of Freeland, Christopher (Jennifer) Williams of Kawkawlin, Genevieve (Harold) Wagner of Flint, Patricia (Jake) Plummer of Freeland; many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Emmajean was preceded in death by her brother, LeRoy Williams; sisters, Joyce and Mary Ellen Williams.


Funeral and committal services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday January 3, 2019 from Wilson MILLER Funeral Home with Deacon Gary Lyvere officiating. Interment will be in Garfield Township Cemetery. Family will receive guests at the funeral home on Thursday from 11: 00 a.m. until the time of service.
