Elizabeth Ann Bradfield

Elizabeth Ann Bradfield, age 82, of Traverse City and formerly of Auburn, Michigan, passed away peacefully on May 8, 2026, at Auburn Fields Assisted Living. She was born on September 28, 1943, in Michigan to the late Edward L. and Julia E. (Jezowski) Gwizdala.

Elizabeth was a woman of deep faith, attending St. Anthony Catholic Church in Auburn and St. Francis of Assisi in Traverse City. She found joy in crocheting, sewing, golfing, fishing, playing cards, bowling, and shuffleboard—activities that brought her happiness and connection with others. Elizabeth enriched her community by her membership with the Auburn Jaycees.

Elizabeth’s memory will be lovingly cherished by her husband of 62 years, Charles F. Bradfield; her children, David (Angie) Bradfield, Dawn (Jerry) Owens, and Dyann Delatt; her eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Debbie Scherzer, Connie Schweitzer, and Marilyn Franks. She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Ricky Bradfield; her grandson, Chase Bradfield; and her siblings Pat Haut and Donnie Gwizdala.

In accordance with Elizabeth’s wishes, she will be cremated, and no services will be held. The Bradfield family is being cared for by Wilson Miller Funeral Home of Midland, Michigan.
