Edward F. Magee, Jr.

Edward F. "Eddie" Magee, Jr., age 42 of Sanford, passed away on Sunday April 4, 2021 in Brooksville, Florida. The son of Sharon C. (Swindlehurst) and the late Edward F. Magee, Sr. was born in Pontiac, Michigan on March 11, 1979. Eddie was a delivery driver for Baus Inc, a Fedex Ground contracting company since 2008.& In 2020 he became the recruitment manager for both Skinner Inc. and Baus Inc. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and quad runners, hunting and fishing, boating, going on snowmobile rides, camping, weight lifting, working with plants/flowers and traveling with his family.

Surviving his wife of 16 years the former Holly Hammond, of whom he married on February 19, 2005; daughter, Maizie Magee; mother, Sharon Magee; siblings, Joseph (Elaine) Magee, Shuron (Todd) Holder, Danyale (Ron) Gaylor; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services for Eddie will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Friday April 16, 2021 at Sanford American Legion 2080 N. Meridian Rd Sanford with Rev. Jeff Eckman officiating. Interment will follow in New Edenville Cemetery. Family will receive guests at the Sanford American Legion on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
