Dorothy G. Rouse

Dorothy G. Rouse, age 92 of Midland died at Brittany Manor on Monday, March 2, 2009. The daughter of the late Ralph and Annie (Schofield) Niles was born on July 30, 1916 in Brockton, Massachusetts where she was raised and educated. On May 15, 1964 she married Mr. John L. Rouse in Manchester, New Hampshire, and he predeceased her in 2008. Dorothy had worked as a LPN at the Foxboro State Hospital prior to moving to Midland with her husband, who was a mail carrier for the US Postal Service in Midland for over 35 years. Mrs. Rouse was a member of the Episcopal faith and a member of the Berry Hill American Legion Auxiliary.

Funeral service will be conducted from the J.J. Shepherd & Son's Funeral Home in Pembroke, Mass., with internment in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton, Mass.
Memorials may be offered to Midland County Council on Aging.
The Wilson MILLER Funeral Home is in charge of the local direction where there will be no visitation.
