Donnajean Sweebe Hauri

DonnaJean Sweebe Hauri, age 92 of Midland, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at MidMichigan Medical Center.

She was born May 24, 1920, the daughter of the late Lola Ethel Kenyon Terrill and Arthur Jesse Terrill. DonnaJean married William Sweebe in 1938 and he predeceased her in 1992. She was also predeceased by two brothers, George Terrill and Charles Terrill, and sister, Cora Terrill Peek. DonnaJean attended Homer United Methodist Church and was a member of Rebekah Lodge #378 and Studley Grange. She enjoyed gardening and flowers, but took greatest pleasure in the love of being with her family.

DonnaJean is survived by her husband, John Hauri, whom she married in 2008; his son, Jack, and daughters, Joanne and Judy.
DonnaJean is also survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jean and Jerry Church; three grandchildren, Beth Miral-Chudler, Lance Miral, and David Miral; four great-grandchildren, Kyle and Ethan Chudler and Lauren and Jenna Miral; and by many nieces and nephews who were very dear and very special to her.

Funeral services for Mrs. Hauri will be conducted at 11:00 am, Friday, May 24, 2013 from the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home with Reverend Lowell Gisel officiating. Interment will follow in Midland City Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday from 6-8 pm and on Friday from 10:00 am until the time of service.
