Donald E. "Pork" Donahue Jr.

Donald E. "Pork" Donahue Jr., age 76 of Midland, passed away December 18, 2023 at his home. He was born on May 14, 1947 in Midland to the late Donald E. Donahue Sr. and Laura (McLaren) Donahue. Pork loved to race cars and he was an exceptional mechanic who could fix anything. He had a special love for children and always gave them candy. His sense of humor always made people smile and he enjoyed having a good time with his family.

Surviving is his lifelong friend, Irma Frasher; sons, Douglas (Amy) Donahue and Dylan Donahue; siblings, Kathy Bishop, Melvin Donahue Sr., Ron Donahue, Jim (Cindy) Donahue, Cheryl Donahue, Tom Donahue, Paul (Kim) Donahue, and Laura Donahue; along with many nieces, nephews, and great friends. In addition to his parents, Pork was preceded in death by his son, Donald E. "Donnie" Donahue III; and siblings, Dale Donahue and Mary Donahue.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, December 22, 2023 at the Wilson MILLER Funeral Home. Burial will follow the funeral service in Midland Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be on Friday from 12:00 pm until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be made toward his funeral expenses.
