Dawn A. Lewis

Dawn A. Lewis, age 68 of Midland, passed away on July 13, 2022 and is now in heaven with her beloved husband, George A. Lewis. She was born on June 19, 1954 in Alma to the late Royce and Marlene (Mills) Martin. She and George Lewis were joined together in marriage on May 27, 2006. They enjoyed nearly 16 years together before his death earlier this year.

Surviving are her siblings, Gregory Martin, Cheryl Martin, Douglas (Julie) Martin, Dennis Martin; step siblings, Sherry Bufka, Susan Carver, and Paul Carver; step children, Cathie Westjohn, Jay (Carrie) Lewis, Ken (Wendee) Lewis, and Earl (Jennifer) Lewis; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; 7 nieces and nephews and 2 great nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Dawn was preceded in death by her step mother, Mary (Carver) Martin.

Graveside services for Dawn will be held at 11 am on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at Larkin Township Cemetery, 2876 N. Sturgeon Rd. Midland, MI 48642. Memorial contributions may be offered to Calvary Baptist Church. Personal messages of condolence maybe offered to the family at www.wilson-miller.com.
